You may return any unopened merchandise (except skincare, hair care, and cosmetic items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. A 20% restock is charged on all non-defective returns.
If your package is returned to the supplier marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, you will be refunded minus shipping and 20% restock. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. It is the retailers responsibility to verify all customer address information before submitting orders to the supplier. Refunds for “undeliverable” or “lost” packages due to incorrect address information will not be granted if merchandise is not returned to the supplier.
Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking of 20%.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Smartpost/USPS. Sometimes tracking may be untraceable. If package is lost, stolen, or refused/undeliverable/returned to sender, a credit cannot be issued until the package is received back in our warehouse. If the package is not received, no credit will be issued.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Credit will not be issued on returns without an RMA.
Return labels may be issued per the supplier’s discretion, but label cost will be deducted from the refund.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Note: Credit will not be issued until returned merchandise is delivered back to us. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back. Supplier is not responsible for any package that is not returned to us and credits will not be issued.
