 Corinth - Ancient City
Today, as in antiquity, Corinth, along with Pátras, is one of the two major gateways to the Peloponnese. Still, gates are there to pass through, not to linger in. There's no reason not to stop to see the ships slipping through the impressive Corinth canal that cuts across the isthmus and then head straight for Ancient Corinth, bypassing the modern city altogether. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

The Temple Of Poseidon (Cape Sounion)
For many visitors, Cape Sounion in Attica comes as a shock and a relief. Often the first sightseeing destination for the tour group participant who arrives in Athens at midday, (not recommended, by the way - aim for a late afternoon arrival with a dinner and good night's sleep before beginning the cultural crawl) the contrast between the hustle and bustle of modern Athens with this serene, imposing edifice is sharp. Arriving at the Temple, the tour limos emit their passengers and everyone scrambles past the always-busy gift shop and a decent-looking restaurant and up a small hill to where Poseidon still reigns, overlooking the sea. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

 Mystic Delphi
Delphi is the big enchilada of Greek sites. More than even Olympia, this place has everything: a long and glorious history, spectacular ancient remains, a superb museum, and a heartachingly beautiful location on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Look up and you see the cliffs and crags of Parnassus; look down and you see Greece's most beautiful plain of olive trees stretching as far as the eye can see toward the town of Itea on the Gulf of Corinth.
Delphi is especially magical in the spring, when there's both snow and wildflowers on Parnassus-and relatively few tourists tramping around the site. But whenever you come here, you'll understand why the ancient Greeks believed that Delphi was the center of the world, the spot Apollo chose as the home of his most famous oracle. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Itea, Greece to Delphi
Itea is the port from which tourists visit Delphi. Basking in a setting of unparalleled beauty on the slope of Mount Parnassus, Delphi is the most famous classical site in Greece. Considered by the ancient Greeks to be the center of the earth, Delphi was once the site of an oracle of the earth Goddess Gaea. The oracle believed to have been founded here was the religious & moral capital of the classical world for centuries. Our professional drivers will take you there. An Evening at the Vineyards
Many of the grapes grown in the Pelopponese and on Crete are still ungrafted varieties. In some cases, wineries have sprung up around natural old-patch vines. Most vineyards are in the mountains, or, in the case of Santorini, on top of the volcanic cliffs. One of the most famous of the Santorini vineyards, Gaia, offers a number of delicious wines, including Thalassitis, a wine inspired by the ancient Greek wines that were mixed with a little seawater. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Knossos Palace and Museums
During the high season, Knossos and the neighboring museums can be overwhelmed by large tour groups, and the noise level (in various languages) and visibility problem can detract from your enjoyment. So plan to get there either very early or late in the day (allowing one to two hours for your visit)-and visit Knossos in the other time frame, if you are limited to one day. Most displays have decent labels in English, but you might prefer to invest in one of the guidebooks on sale in the lobby. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Crete - Scenic View
The largest and most southerly Greek island, Crete is rich in historical remains and scenic variety. Along the northern shores there are modern resorts. Alongside lie the scattered remains of older civilizations – Minoan palaces, Byzantine churches, Venetian castles and sites of more recent struggles. Crete is divided into four prefectures – Chania (Hania), Rethymnon (Rethimno), Heraklion (Iraklio) and Agios Nikolaos – and has a good road network and regular communications. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Beautiful Lindos
Lindos, is the main tourist destination on the island of Rhodes. The village is famous for its Acropolis with the castle of the Knights, the traditional architecture of the houses, the narrow alleys, the beautiful sandy beach and the very active nightlife. Lindos was famous in ancient times for its naval force. Today the 700 inhabitants make their living almost exclusively from tourism. From here you can easily reach the southwest part of Rhodes with the picturesque villages and fabulous beaches. Lindos can also be reached by boat from the Mandraki harbor.

Ancient Rhodes
Ever since Julius Caesar vacationed on Rhodes, the Italians have coveted the island as a resort.
The best beaches lie on the east coast of the island below Líndos, from Lardos Bay 26 kilometers south to Plimiri; our favorite stretch is between Lahania and Plimiri. Compared to the rest of this woefully overbuilt island there is little development; however, a strip of burgeoning resorts catering to Scandinavian, German, and English groups makes life along this coastline extremely difficult for individual travelers. The greatest concentration of Miami Beach-style monoliths is in the north, around the perimeter of Rhodes town, spreading over an area approximately 15 kilometers long along both east and west coasts. The interior section of Rhodes is mountainous and green, with small villages dotting its rugged terrain. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Achilleion Palace and Old Corfu Town
Between 1908 and the first war , Wilhelm Kaiser spent his summers at Achilleion Palace. His favorite trip was to the village of Pelekas to watch the sunset. A lookout point on a rock pinnacle is still known today as "Kaisers Throne" from where you have a superb view of the center of the island spread out below. The best place to watch the magnificent sunset is at the front of the restaurant nearby. At certain times of the year, the sun appears to slide down the hillside and into the ocean.
Glyfada Beach is on the northwest side of the island. The island offering: crystal waters, water sports, and also bungalows. The beach is one klm long and is immaculately clean. Our professional drivers will take you there. Fully escorted and guided by private hosts that communicate in Greek, and speak your language.

Paleokastistka Lakeeones (Sparta)
If Lacedaimon were ever laid waste and there remained only the foundations of the temples and the public buildings, those born into a world of the far future would find it difficult to believe that the power of Sparta had deserved its reputation.
You can still see traces of the glory of Sparta by visiting the remains of the Acropolis. The Acropolis consists of the ancient Roman Agora, the theater, the temple of Athena Chalkionos, the cyclical building, the church of the Christ Sovoir and the remains of many other elements.

Olympia Tour
In contrast to most Greek sites, Olympia is green and lush, amidst groves of trees. Here was the great Sanctuary of Zeus, the Altis, and the setting for the Olympic Games. For over a thousand years, in peace and war, the Greeks assembled here to celebrate this great festival. The simple crown of wild olive was sufficient to immortalize the victor, his family, and his city. A Greek legend credited the hero Herakles (Hercules) with introducing the olive tree to Greece.
